The signal wasn't an anomaly.

Zeia continued listening.

From the Pleiades, she watched as the faint transmission returned.

Again.

Stronger than before.

It was coming from somewhere near a distant blue world.

But it wasn't a message.

Not in any language she understood.

Something else was carried within it.

A change.

A frequency she had never encountered before.

And with each passing cycle, it grew stronger.

Zeia still didn't understand what it meant.

But for the first time, she began to wonder:
